I'll be away from my computer for most of Christmas day so here's an open thread for those that want to discuss the day's action.

The early game is Philadelphia @ Dallas with a Dallas win clinching the NFC East and an Eagles win would putting Philly in the driver's seat to win the NFC East.  We'll see if Jeff Garcia can keep the magic going.

The late game features the NY Jets @ Miami.  A Jets win would move them into the second wildcard spot (Denver has the first).  Miami is just playing for respectability and to play the spoiler.

Have a safe holiday and hope everyone gets everything you want...especially that Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action Two-Hundred-Shot Range Model Air Rifle with a compass in the stock and this thing which tells time (Yes I'm watching A Christmas Story right now)!
