Darrell Jackson in Red and Gold?

ESPNews has reported that the Niners are interested in trading for Seahawks receiver Darrell Jackson.  I'm not sure what we'd be willing to give up, but I think this is an intriguing possibility.  Maybe we can finally dump Kwame...

However, Seattle will likely be hesitant to stock our receiving corp with one of their playmakers.

Any thoughts or further information?

I googled Darrell Jackson 49ers and just came up with a bunch of rumors posted at various message boards.  Over at Rotoworld they had this to say:
Seahawks GM Tim Ruskell dismissed Darrell Jackson trade rumors as "Combine talk" and says he "plan(s) on having (Jackson) back" in 2007.  "We get a lot of interest...people asking about our players," he said. "We'll listen to anything, but it doesn't mean we're going to do anything." It still would be no surprise to see Jackson dealt. An AFC assistant speculated to the Seattle Post that it might take a second-rounder to get him.

Personally, I really don't see him being dealt within the division.

NFL Trades
You really don't see many trades in the NFL and almost never see teams within the same division trade with each other.  For this fact alone I don't see us making a trade.

Do NFL teams have the right to find out what stage a player is at in the NFL's drug program?  If so, it might be worth a look to see where Donte Stallworth is at and offer him a contract.  We should be able to sign him to a relatively low risk contract considering his situation and we wouldn't have to deal any picks to obtain him.
