2008 Opponents announced

From an attachment on Maiocco's blog.

Home: Arizona Cardinals, St. Louis Rams, Seattle Seahawks, Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Redskins, Detroit Lions, New England Patriots, New York Jets

Away: Arizona Cardinals, St. Louis Rams, Seattle Seahawks, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, New Orleans Saints, Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins

Without knowing the precise order of the schedule, I think 2008 may have a tougher schedule than 2007, which doesn't make sense.

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Niners Nation's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Niners Nation's writers or editors.

WTF?
So we DO play NE next year? WTF NFL. My whole case about this stupid draft pick being a good thing is being spit up right in my mouth with extra shots of bile. Fuck that, schedulers. Screw the hell out of you.

Bring it on
Not necessarily here but on other sites some folks are worried about the stength of next year's schedule. Not me. I see it this way. Other teams in the West will play the same teams. So once again, the Niners just need to win the West and not worry so much about who they will be playing.
Is a suit still considered a suit if it is made by Reebok?

Can I start making excuses
for Nolan now?

All bantering aside, I'm curious to get Bob's serious take on what an acceptable win/loss record would be for Nolan next year (and by accpetable I mean, acceptable to the extent that Bob will step off the ledge, pull the barrel of the gun out of his mouth, put the cyanide down and say, "Man, I guess Nolan is alright").
