Week 9 Prediction Games

EDITOR'S NOTE 3:50PM: As always, if you haven't participated up to this point, you're always welcome to join now.  One perfect prediction and you're right in this thing!  Also, if you forget to get picks in for the morning games you're always welcome to just pick later games.  You'll still get credit for any picks made before the respective game kicks off.

Thanks to the 49ers bye week, we get an extra non-49ers game to pick this week.  It's amazing how quickly games can go from good to bad and vice versa.  That Patriots-Colts was a premium matchup before the season, and while it should still be a good matchup, it's really not all that special this season.  Then there's the Cardinals and the Rams.  A few weeks ago who would've cared.  Now, a win gets St. Louis in really good position to eventually surpass the Cardinals.

All in all, nothing spectacular about this week, but plenty of solid matchups.  Count me as very intrigued by the Monday Nighter.

Pittsburgh @ Washington - MNF 11/3 5:30pm

New England @ Indianapolis - SNF 11/2 8:15pm

Arizona @ St. Louis - Sunday 11/2 10:00am

Houston @ Minnesota - Sunday 11/2 10:00am

Dallas @ NY Giants - Sunday 11/2 1:15pm

Philadelphia @ Seattle - Sunday 11/2 1:15pm

Considering the matchups, I'd guess most people will take the Patriots, but is anybody willing to ride the Rams hot streak?  And then there's the Falcons-Eagles game.  Interesting matchup indeed.

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Niners Nation's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Niners Nation's writers or editors.

Mr Ayers is not involved in my predictions. He has never been involved in these predictions. And he will not advise me in the Prediction Game.

Pittsburgh @ Washington – 17-20. This is the year that the Redskins predicting the winner of the election will be wrong…

New England @ Indianapolis – 24-21. Upset special.

Arizona @ St. Louis – 26-23. Battle for NFC west supremacy? Pathetic.

Houston @ Minnesota – 20-24. This matchup? Not that compelling.

Dallas @ NY Giants – 20-27. This was supposed to be a heavyweight fight. Oh well.

Philadelphia @ Seattle – 24-17. Don’t think the 12th man is gonna help on this one.
