Around SBN: The 2009-2010 Card Chronicle Big East basketball preview

So Berman is interviewing these guys on Monday Night Football? That should be... erm... pointless.

On the other hand, the "Redskins Rule" will make things interesting. Let's not get too political about it, though. I'm just deeply amused that the last thing either candidate is going to do before the election is talk to Chris Berman.

How could they leave out Bob Barr? They should at least have Barr’s Vice Presidential candidate, world champion football handicapper Wayne Allyn Root, AKA The King of Vegas. How many outright underdog winners has Joe Biden given you?

This sort of fits here

Maiocco polled the Niners locker room about the election:

MM Blog

The interesting part, at least to me, was this section:

Here’s how the 11 white players answered:
8: McCain
0: Obama
3: Neither, undecided or declined to answer

Here’s how the 26 non-whites answered:
20: Obama
0: McCain
6: Neither, undecided or declined to answer

Please please please, don’t make more of this than it is. I don’t want to spark some race/politics debate, I just thought the numbers were a little surprising.

Anyways, on topic:

Any guesses as to what Bermanisms he will come up with for Obama and McCain? I’m hoping for something more creative than Barack “and roll” Obama.

“In the polls, John McCain is back, back, back…gone?”

John “Mark of” McCain.
