Do You Realize?

That we are still only 3 games out of 1st in our division? This season is not over yet; I for one am not sold on arizona after they got manhandled by the eagles last night.  We have the bills, jets , dolphins, rams and deadskins. And even though I'm a o.o.f( overerly optimistic fan) I think those games are winnable anyway. Am I alone in this thinking? The cardinals have the rams, vikings, patriots and seahawks. In the NFC west much like the AFC west anything can happen with divisional rivarly games.KEEP HOPE ALIVE!!!!

your an idiot

the niners need to win every single game, and the cardinals need to lose every single game, not even the arizona cardinals could lose to st louis and seattle

If I gotta play, I'm gonna play 'till I win,
Since I gotta be here, I can“t wait to begin

Ok

So, if you’re going to insult someone for their intelligence it would be well advised to use proper grammar. Additionally, there is no need to insult someone for laying the foundations for discussion. It IS possible that the 49ers could tie or win the division. While it is very unlikely, Arizona did just get shut down by an impromptu and surprise showing by the Philadelphia defense. Either way, you can contribute something meaningful without having to insult someone. Play nice, or don’t play at all…

Read his title more closely

He wasn’t calling anyone an idiot. He was referring to the an idiot that ninerfan owns.

It’s a clever use of grammar indeed!

And the second comma? Merely a distraction! He’s secretly a 49ers homer and wanted to hide his message of hope. <3

this is montasmob69 AND I APPROVE OF THIS FANPOST!

According to the comminsioner of the nfl, 104 people retired last year. 7 due to age, and the rest because of Patrick Willis

The Niners will rally and win every single game on their schedule.

I hope you all realize

that if the 49ers do tie for the division lead we wouldn’t make the playoffs because we lost to Arizona both times we faced them this season. I’m just saying that we win the division we would make the playoffs. I do agree that all these are very winnable games and our toughest est would be against the ’skins.

?

How are the games against the Jets and the Redskins winnable?

Both teams are clearly better than us.

Any game can be considered winnable but c’mon.

Agree

Also, how about Miami! I think everyone’s underestimating them – to beat the pats is no mean feat.
Sure, every game is winnable but Miami are probably the most improved team this year and will be no pushovers.
When I watch Singletary’s press conferences, I get the impression that we have to play flawless, penalty-free football to have a chance whereas our opponents don’t. He even said as much on the 26/11 on 49ers.com.
What does this say about the actual talent of our team, and what Singletary thinks about the level of actual talent in the team, compared to others?

I'm not counting on it or wishing it to happen, but.....

The Cardinals are only one Kurt Warner injury away from being just another NFC west team. Matt Lienert can’t execute at the same level as Warner. If it was a 1 or 2 game lead and Warner got hurt, then all bets are off, but it’s too late.

Every game is winnable.

Even the Bengals won one this year. And they also tied the Eagles, although I think Donovan was throwing that game.

Second to None!

well I know I didn't believe this earlier...

after seeing the game today, maybe we have a chance. looking at those games again, they all do look like games we could at least be competitive in. The Jets lost to a mediocre Broncos team, the Dolphins look decent but not great, the Rams are clearly garbage, and the Skins lost to St Louis, so anything could happen. I don’t think we’ll win all those games, but there are no definite losses left on the schedule. We could end up with 6-7 wins, which doesn’t mean anything, but it’s better than it might have been.

It would be pretty hilarious if we ended up winning out, going 8-8 and winning the division. Of course Arizona would have to lose all their games, including one to the Rams and one to the Seahawks, and lets face it, that’s NOT going to happen. But if it did it would be fun to call them the ArizLOLna CardinLOLs .
