Say what you will Singletary will have them(niners) playing at a higher level. Accountibility, decisiveness, and charisma. I have always watched the coaches that get into the players heads and they always get further than the ones that don't. You can have all the concepts in the world but if do not have the courage to Lead you will be Led.
Singletary has the charisma and character to get it done.........Albeit too late with the ship going down this season he will get a majority on board and at least weed out the non football players.

Charisma and Character?
I think those are two of the most overrated qualities in NFL coaches. Look at the best coach in the NFL now, Bill Belichick. I wouldn’t say he has character or charisma. Winning in the NFL is about having a good game plan and getting the right kinbd of guys to execute the game plan. I am not saying Singletary won’t be a good NFL coach, but if he is it will be because creates good game plans, makes good adjustments, and gets the kind of plays needed for his system.

I’m sure it didn’t hurt them that they knew what the hell they were doing.
You can motivate the crap out of a bad, poorly coached team, but they’re still going to suck.
