Shaun Hill nominated for NFL FedEx Air Player of the Week
Thanks to a very solid showing on Sunday, Shaun Hill has been nominated for the NFL Fed Ex Air Player of the Week. He's squaring off against Matt Schaub and Jay Cutler for the award.
Hill was 28 of 39 for 285 yards and two touchdowns. Hill is actually the first 49ers player to be nominated for the award this season. Considering he was without Frank Gore in the second half I'd say it was quite the impressive performance.
Head on over when you get a chance and vote for Hill.

Uhh...
Hill is actually the first 49ers QB to be nominated for the award this season.
Considering there were only two people who have played at the QB position for the Niners this year, that’s not saying that much.

I'm pretty sure he meant player, not QB.

Same...
I like Hill but Schaub deserved it more. (Though it should be noted that the Titans were a tougher defense then Packers)
