Whatever happened to...
these random players we had? Cody Pickett? Giovanni Carmazzi? How bout Kevan Barlow? I remember when Cody Pickett ran our offense, phew it was terrible. And whatever happened to Mike Rumph and Tai Streets back in the good old days? Whatever happened to kickers like Todd Peterson and Jose Cortez(i know you remember him from that raiders game....) If any of you know any more of these "random" players, or know where the guys i mentioned went, it'd be greatly appreciated

I’d be more than happy to start Cody Pickett on kick coverage.

Pickett
How about 1-for-13 for 28 yards?

Ugliest game I've ever seen.
We played like crap. The Bears played like crap. Remember, we were terrible, and they still only beat us by eight. And they needed that ugly missed Nedney FG (which started out way left and still ended up wide right due to the crazy winds) which Vasher returned for the long TD, out-running the worst tacklers I’ve ever seen (Lee, Nedney, and a bunch of OL) to end the half. It also featured an ugly Brandon Lloyd drop at the goal line where he shied away from contact badly. When Nolan and others confronted him about it on the sidelines, he threw a hissy fit. Good times.
Check out The Examined Life. Or don't. Whatever.

I miss that Drunkenmiller guy. Wasn’t he on this blog for a while? Man, he was the greatest ever.

Oh come on
Yes, JTO wasn’t good, but Dorsey, Carmazzi, Pickett, Martin, and the immortal Jim Druckenmiller???
They’re not even NFL caliber good… I don’t feel completely awful about JTO being a backup qb. At least he proved he could make some throws if needed…

those guys are no less “NFL caliber good” than O’Sullivan (ok, maybe Carmazzi is)

Jose Cortez
is living in Oregon to start a new chapter of his life as an Oregon State Police Officer.
Joe and Steve were under the same system for years... don't expect Smith to be super so soon.

Barlow went to
the Jets I think. Rump went to the Redskins, then the Rams, but I think he got cut before the season started. And I think Streets went to the Lions or the Vikings.

Carmazzi didn’t even make the roster. Tai Streets signed with Detroit when he became a free agent. At least Cody Pickett was able to play other positions and also special teams.

Isn't Dorsey starting for Cleveland the rest of this season?

Nah
Kenny was just another in a long line of college QB who’s game does not translate to NFL standards… (Danny Wuerffel, Jason White, Gino Torretta, etc…)
