I would like to take this opportunity to declare my man-crush on Patrick Willis. I love you Patrick, and I think you're the best. I hope you anchor the 49ers defense for many years to come. Even if we suck, at least I'll get to watch you wreak havoc across the field and set records for total tackles. Happy Valentine's Day Patrick!

last night right before we went to bed, my girlfriend saw this picture because I accidentally left in open in photoshop. It went something like this:

her: is that a picture of a football player with a heart around him?
me: um. (sheepishly) yes.
her: so you really are gay.
me: it was just a joke.

Phrasing

I love that the phrasing of "so you really are gay" implies that the two of you have had this conversation before. This is sure to alleviate her concerns.
