November 25, 2007 49ers - Cardinals Replay
The FanShots only seem to allow a link or a video or something so I figure I'll just throw this up here. At 4pm pacific time, the NFL Network is showing a replay of the November 25, 2007 49ers - Cardinals game. The 49ers won that won in overtime on a Tully Banta-Cain fumble recovery in the end zone. This was a wildly entertaining 4th quarter and overtime. The game is compacted into 1.5 hours so I'm thinking I'll check it out. Maybe even provide a recap of it again.
Editor's Note 9pm: Well it was still a fun game to watch. A whole ton of offense and a great ending. This was the first time I'd watched an entire NFL Network Replay of a game. It's hard to get a handle of the game in the entire context since they skip through some plays. However, what I do like is what they've added in. For instance, on replays you get the "NFL Films" replay, which is different than whatever Fox has shown, or at least it appears that way. Additionally, when something happens that was addressed in the post-game press conferences, they do picture in picture. Mostly it was Nolan talking about the game, but a couple had Dilfer's reactions after some of the touchdown passes. Matt Barrows checked in with his thoughts on the replay and he makes a particularly good point: Given the endings of both 49ers-Cardinals games, it's not so surprising one of the 49ers-Cardinals games is on in primetime.

Damn
Don’t get NFL Network on my comcast.
I saw this game in it’s entirety.
Play of the game: hometown boy Donald Strickland saving the game against current 49er Bryant Johnson, knocking the ball out of his hands to force a game-tying field goal.
MURS for President!!!!!!!
