San Francisco 49ers Pre-Season Broadcast Schedule
I'm sure everyone will be on the collective edge of their seats for preseason football. So, I thought I'd follow the lead of Daily Norseman and Big Cat Country, who published the times preseason games will be re-shown on the NFL Network. The Network will be airing 54 preseason games in 26 days, so if you REALLY love football, it's definitely worth checking out. All times listed are PACIFIC.
Pre-Season Game 1: San Francisco 49ers AT Oakland Raiders
Actual Game Date and Time: Friday, August 8, 7:00 PM,
NFL Network Re-Broadcasts: Saturday, August 9, 10:00 PM; Thursday August 14, 10:00 AM
Pre-Season Game 2: Green Bay Packers vs. San Francisco 49ers
Actual Game Date and Time: Saturday, August 16, 6:00 PM
NFL Network Re-Broadcasts: Sunday, August 17, 1:00 PM; Monday, August 18, 12:00 AM; Wednesday, August 20, 5:00 PM; Thursday, August 21, 9:30 AM
Pre-Season Game 3: San Francisco 49ers AT Chicago Bears
Actual Game Date and Time: Thursday, August 21, 5:00 PM (Fox National Game)
NFL Network Re-Broadcast: This will not be re-aired on the NFL Network. Apparently Fox feels the world wants to see the QB display and the OTHER Adrian Peterson.
Pre-Season Game 4: San Diego Chargers vs. San Francisco 49ers
Actual Game Date and Time: Friday, August 29, 7:00 PM
NFL Network Re-Broadcasts: Sunday, August 30, 10:00 PM
And there you have it. While it seems like the 49ers play the Bears, Raiders and Chargers every year in the preseason, it will be fun seeing Aaron Rodgers back in the Bay Area. We'll see if #4 is sticking around or has moved on to greener pastures.

Who here has NFL network?
how do you get it? what does it cost? would it come as part of a regular cable package or you probably have to pay extra, don’t you?
even if we pay extra, it’s really tempting me this year

NFL Network
I get it. It used to be part of the Digital Plus platform, but then it was upgraded to be part of the Sports Entertainment Package. I pay $4.99 per month for it and get the NFL Network, NBA TV, the various Fox Sports channels and College Sports TV among others. I always think about getting rid of it, but it’s got some decent stuff with it. Obviously the NFL Network and during college basketball season CSTV is pretty money.
