Week 2 NFC Community Power Rankings Ballot
EDITOR'S NOTE: This is last call for rankings to create our community power rankings for the NFC.
Due to time constraints I can't put my comments in for each individual team. However, I think after two weeks, another set of power rankings is in order. We've got some surprises (Arizona in first?), some surprises that I'm not shocked at (Minnesota did have a tough first two games) and the not so surprising (Detroit at 0-2).
So, feel free to give us your power rankings for the NFC and I'll compile them for our Week 2 NFC Community Power Rankings.
1. Dallas 2-0
2. Green Bay 2-0
3. Philadelphia 1-1
4. NY Giants 2-0
5. Carolina 2-0
6. Arizona 2-0
7. Washington 1-1
8. New Orleans 1-1
9. Tampa Bay 1-1
10. San Francisco 1-1
11. Chicago 1-1
12. Minnesota 0-2
13. Seattle 0-2
14. Atlanta 1-1
15. Detroit 0-2
16. St. Louis 0-2
I probably have the 49ers a little lower than many 49ers fans, but there's a clump of 1-1 teams that are hard to distinguish. Washington beat New Orleans, who beat Tampa Bay, who beat Atlanta. Considering how bad I thought they would be, Atlanta probably deserves a higher ranking, but consider it a sale on a future lack of returns. Also, I'm sure having a 1-1 team #3 in all the land is a little surprising, but consider me sold on the Eagles, in spite of last night's "defensive" showing.
So, let's hear what the rest of you have to say on the state of the NFC after two weeks.

Joe and Steve were under the same system for years... don't expect Smith to be super so soon.

1. DAL – Superbowl is their’s to lose
2. PHI – Almost edged out Dallas in their house
3. NYG – Two impressive wins
4. GB – Stomped Detroit, but came close to losing to Minn at home
5. CAR – Nice upset of SD, Barely beat Chicago at home
6. AZ – Most to prove out of the 2-0 teams. Defense won opening road game. Offense turned it around in week 2.
7. WAS – Lost to good Giants team, beat NO
8. NO – Has potential to slip, but bordeline good team
9. Chi – Impressive win against Indy, barely lost at CAR
10. SF – Lots of potential on both sides of the ball. Wins don’t come easy in Seattle.
11. TB – Could have been more impressive beating ATL
12. MIN – looked decent against GB, Defense couldn’t hold off an Indy comeback.
13. SEA – Will be a long first half of the season for the reigning NFCW champs
14. ATL – Surprised everyone with an opening win against Detroit.
15. DET – Shouldn’t get destroyed at your home opener
16. STL – May get 2 wins with Miami & Atlanta on their schedule
