49ERS FANS SHOULD STOP THE BLOOD CLOT CRYING

Ok, we took it on the chin for the first time this year. Why is everyone crying now. Prior to this blowout everyone was in their comfortable chair boasting about how good our team is. What a difference one game makes. First whipe your tears, and relax. This is not our year for the Lombardi trophy anyway. Bigger than that is the fact that, this is the beginning of rediscovering our identity. We lost to a team who has their QB of the future, and a go to reciever. Couple that with a top five running back, with a stout defense, and that is the formula for disaster against a team who is still in search of who they are. Lets not forget they had two weeks to watch film, and practice for this hour of a game. We will be ok. I would start by releasind Dre Bly. I cannot stand that BS mentality. I'mma show boat instead of score. He should be back on the Free-Agent market. Just stupid play by him. I hear talks of firing Greg Manusky now. Are you guys seriously this fickled. He has been the mastermind behind our defensive success. The team just got complacent, and WALAH, there you have it 45-10. I did see Shawn Hills true skill during the game though. That is one positive. I learned that we absolutely need to start scouting for a QB ASAP. I also noticed Alex Smith, and Crabtree, on the sidelines looking especially restless, as if the knew something we didn't. I would like to see Alex Smith, and Crabtree on the field together at some point. Maybe Smith has finally matured. If not, Hill will continue to manage our games while our defense wins. This blow out was made possible by our lowly offense. Three, and outs all day long puts our defense against the wall. We cannot expect the defense to make up for our lack of offense all the time. Also I know for sure we need a Runningback. Glen Coffee is not great. He's subpar. Plus he's a bit slim in stature for what we intend do bring on the ground. Gore has been excellent, but injury prone for the better part of his tenure here in SF. I like Gore, but if he can't play 16 games what good is he. Ironically Ladamian Tomlinson is his favorite player. They share the same disposition. They are both great backs who are hurt too much of the time to be any help to their teams. I opologize if these truths cut deep, but I am a realist. I cannot fool myself! Also this young man Dashon Goldson is not the "ball hawk" we thought he was. I wonder how well Curtis Taylor is coming along? We definitely need an upgrade at both Safety positions. Our recievers are great. Crabtree, Morgan, Battle, Jones, Hill, are the future. I don't believe Bruce will be here for much longer. We also need a viable kickoff returner. Allen Rossum is always injured. Delane Walker? He showed some signs in pre-season on the return team, but he is not used to returning, as we seen on the game changing fumble. We should address this area. We need a Devin Hester, Joshua Cribbs type of return man. Field position is key to a successfull drive. Starting off at the 35-40 beats staring off at the 20-25. We will end up approximately 10-6 this season. 11-5 if Gore stays healthy, and Crabtree goes Texas Tech on em. What happens in the playoffs is just going to be the building process for the teams future.

paragraph breaks

Can you break your FanPosts into paragraph breaks and not use all caps in the title. It’ll make them a little easier to read.

As for Dre Bly, he was an idiot for what he did, but in his press conference today, Singletary already made him come out and apologize. He’s been solid this season and I think can be redeemed.

Bly won't

do that again. and if he does he will make sure to look around before he does. He is a good pick up and needs to stay on the team

Eric Berry would be nice. Maybe even Best from Cal to be the home run hitter

Behst should be more than just a "home run hitter"

I’d hate to see the Seahawks draft him though….

What we've got here is a failure to communicate.

If you want us to release Bly,

Then why the heck did we just sign a prima donna in Crabtree?
Also, I refuse to blame Coffee for the subpar running game. Our offensive line was as atrocious as ever, and Coffee’s only a rookie. Cut him some slack. We shouldn’t expect a third-rounder to come in as a starter and expect him to be the next Gore.

Begrudging acknowledgement...

You’re absolutely right – I think the whole reason people were screaming bloody murderer with that loss is that we’ve been “rebuilding” for the last 6 years, and when this season started, it seemed like the promise land just may be in sight – the Lombardi isn’t something to stake everything on after a playoff drought like ours. This is finally a real rebuilding year at least though. We seek to be the best in the West, take it one game and opponent at a time, and what will be will be. I definitely don’t think another losing season’s in our forecast, and when the season ends, and we’re left atop our division…just plug away in the playoffs and do our best.
Gore returns, we have a new adventure to embark on for KR/PR searching and WR formations what with Crab finally showing up, and the defense recomputes for dominating again. The only thing I’m sweating about is the OL…those guys just need to have their tails worked out, or we need some new blood from the scouts.
GO 49ERS!

As Singletary may put it...

God’s Will be done – our future is yet to be determined.

We lost a battle

The war is not over. I like it.
I always tell Cowboys fans that the 49ers are God’s team. So I’ll take Sundays loss as a punishment for playing like idiots.
I agree that we have plenty to look forward to.
