Titan Coach Jeff Fisher Dawns Indianapolis Colts Jersey
Accompanying Tony Dungy to a fundraiser earlier this week Tennessee Titans coach Jeff Fisher was seen wearing a Peyton Manning Indianapolis Colts Jersey, when asked about it Fisher said the following "I just want to be on a winner"
Does anyone else find this appalling? What would you do if Singletary showed up wearing a Kurt Warner jersey? I mean isn't Fisher the face of the Titans franchise? And for him to spit in the face of his players makes me absolutely sick.
I say the Titans should fire him.

Fisher
It was definitely bad timing on his part, but I think people should take it for the joke that it was. He was at a charity event that seemed to prominently feature Tony Dungy. I was at a charity event for Ronnie Lott during the summer of 2008 that was partially co-sponsored by the Raiders and Brent Jones was wearing a Raiders jersey.
In the end, I don’t think it’s nearly so awful that he should be fired over it. Especially given his tenure in Tennessee.

Fired? Really? For attending a charity event? Really?

Fans care about that sort of thing infinitely more than players.

I thought it showed a nice sense of humor.
By the way, it’s dons, not dawns.
don: verb (used with object), donned, don⋅ning.
to put on or dress in: to don one’s clothes
dawn:
–noun
1. the first appearance of daylight in the morning: Dawn broke over the valley.
2. the beginning or rise of anything; advent: the dawn of civilization.
Since it’s inevitable that a post correcting someone else’s grammar will have a mistake in it I await the correction with anticipation.
