I'll Buy a Crabtree Jersey when.......

I was talking to my co-worker today about what we think Crabtree's numbers would be and the longer we talked the bigger his numbers got and that led me to this question.

Assuming you were going to buy a niners jersey on Monday, what would Crabtree have to produce on Sunday for you to buy his jersey.

If Crabtree has 150 yards and two touchdowns I would buy his jersey. If he is named offensive player of the week, I'll buy an authentic one.

I'll buy it when...

Crabtree convinces me, after at least a few games, that he is one of the premiere players of the team. I consider Patrick Willis and Frank Gore the two premiere players right now, with Josh Morgan up and coming, provided he improves.

I got it...

All I needed to see was him sign the contract so I could at least say I bought a jersey of a player that plays for the 49ers :)

For me it's either Crabtree or Willis

I think Willis is a meast but let’s see if Crabtree is as good as they say…oh what am I talking about – the first time he surpassed 100 yards receiving I’ll already have my credit card in hand ready to buy.

I never buy rookie jerseys

For me, Crabtree would have to play an entire season with the 49ers and prove he is a true team player and somewhat of a role model.

I’ll buy a Crabtree jersey when he signs his second big contract with the 49ers.

He didn’t get the contract he wanted this time. If he blows up in this league to the point that I’d want to get his jersey, I guarantee he’s going to hold out for a new contract.

I have one of the authentic (away) Montana jerseys right now

but I want to get more… eventually I will get a Crabtree jersey..but I think I gotta get a Gore and Willis first. Maybe even Davis after those two are purchased. Crabtree’s gotta prove himself first. I’ll give him a year before I drop a bill for a jersey on him
