Pashos out for year.

so maiocco just updated on the personnel shifting goin on at 9ers camp, Rt tony pashos is out for year with fractured scapula...also marques harris is gone and diyral briggs is moved to the roster... also we picked up some guy from the Cheif's PS. is there anyone else out there to step in? our biggest problem is becoming bigger.

i'm sure the available veterans are picked over, but if wee throw alex in there and break his shoulder again, we are in a tight spot. obviously the trade deadline is passed.

if we pick someone up hes only got to play about half a season... (with no time to practice the scheme) is it worth it?

for Marques Harris? If you sign Brooks, then you have to move Lawson or Haralson…maybe it’s not a great idea but throwing it out there anyway

We have to get some veteran guys in there that are pretty good

Thats how teams like the Colts or Pats stay good. They get young guys in the draft that can shadow the vets for a few years then when its time to take over guys are ready. We have a couple vets but apparently they aren’t helping the younger guys that much. Although some guys just cannot be helped enough

No way Brooks would deserve to play

Over Manny or Parys at this point in his career, especially not in a 3-4.

Brooks would only be an option if Spikes or Willis goes down. Even then, I’d imagine McKillop and Willis/Spikes (whichever isn’t hurt) would still get the start.

I'd imagine...

… so. The only problem with starting Wragge is then you either still have to prepare Rachal for RG (in case Heitmann gets hurt and Wragge slides over) or you have to activate Wallace (whom I’m not sure the coaching staff feels is ready for center, yet).
