Golden Nuggets: Another tough morning after
Indeed we as 49ers fans are having to get more and more used to having tough Monday mornings. The 49ers found themselves on the wrong end of a tough battle and are now a game under .500 at 3-4. The good news is that the Cardinals lost. We also had a second impressive outing from Michael Crabtree. The bad news is injuries are slowly starting to add up and the team's depth is taking quite a hit. The loss of Nate Clements hurts in the punt return game. More importantly, even though Clements had been demoted, this is a big shot to the team's secondary depth. I'd imagine the team will be looking to sign a cornerback either off the street or off another practice squad. This should make for an interesting week of transactions.

Cheating? Didn't watch the game but this sounds pretty strange.
Saw this on Colts blog….
Again I didn’t see the game so I have no clue what happened. What’s the perspective from you guys?

I am tempted to reply in their blog. But all I can say is that we got SCREWED over by the refs when they subbed out Addai and they still let them hurry up the play.
The response on their blog is rather hilarious imo. We had the Colts on the run. Instead of focusing on how their team managed to pull out the game despite their offensive woes (relativley) they instead bitch about the so-called cheating. Their game recap thread even says:
And because we are all so very, very SPOILED this year, with offense exploding out of nearly every game the Colts have played, there were many Colts fans who spent halftime wringing their hands, wondering if the Colts were as good as advertised
Frankly, I rather like they we can stress out other teams fans so much. Now if we could just do that while actually winning it would be all the sweater.

Yes, yes, yes
I’m tired of causing fans of other teams stress but they still win so it’s chalked up as “we didn’t play that well” instead of us actually earning the respect that comes with winning.
As for the Colts blogger, what an idiot. That goes beyond homerism. I can’t believe he is a lead poster over there.

unbelieveable by the way BBS is acting you would think the Colts lost.
it’s sad they get so used to winning and scoring 5 TD’s a game when a team actually takes them to the limit and exposes them they have to resort to calling us cheaters and bums. Stay humble and classy Colts fans, karma is a bitch.

Colt Blogger
The whole attitude of the head colts blogger was rather rude and dictatorial. The guy said that if any poster didn’t agree with him they could leave the website? WTF? It’s a sports blog right, not your own site.
Your team won the game, why don’t you focus on what your team did instead of accusing them other team of cheating, the only team this season that held Manning scoreless and lead for the first 42 minutes of the game. But instead of disecting your own teams performance you insult our head coach with baseless accusations and found a rule (that doesn’t exist) in the NFL rulebook that states "players can’t fake a cramp ". Where exactly is this rule? Last time a checked there is no such rule. So IF a Niners’ coach or IF the player themselves decided to “fake a cramp”, it’s not illegal, therefore it’s not cheating, it might be gamemenship in poor taste, but not cheating.
Also this head Colts blogger is going to stand there and tell everybody that NO other team has attempt something like this before? Really? Have you really watch any amount of football. Ever? Every team has somehow found a loophole in the rules and exploited it to help win, that’s the nature of football, trying to out scheme as well as outplay your opponent.
