The game remains ugly but we're all tied up heading into the closing minutes of the game. Will we see OT? Let's hope not. 49ers defense needs to step up right now and get the offense one more chance with the ball.

Most depressing game of the year. I absolutly hate the fact that the Niners gave this game away in the first quarter. They had the Seahawks on the ropes and they let them off and gave them scores. Gore’s fumble was unforgivable. This is a SOUL CRUSHING LOSS ! Real Niner fans know that it would have been a miracle if they made the playoffs anyway, but this was a beatable team that just stepped up and beat the niners for no other reason than to kill the Niners hopes. We will remember this game next year! The Niners are on the way up, but the SeaHage are on the way down. I hate for the season to end this way. They were gift wrapped the game in the first quarter and the players and coaching staff made so many critical mistakes that a young team like the Niners can not overcome. I hate to see this loss. It was totally SOUL CRUSHING…

Disappointed
I honestly thought that they should have managed a win with balance on both sides of the ball. Very very disappointed with the defense and all the dropped passes that could have changed the direction of the game.

Terrible clock managament. TWICE
First off it’s three minutes left why the rush to score a touchdown on second and short on the twenty with two lottomania throws to the endzone, thus no time is taken off the clock. And then you’re forced to just tie the game with a lot of time on the clock. But luck would have it they got the ball back.
Now they are on their own ten yard line with 50 seconds left. THe other team has two time outs. Priority number one has to be to get a first down. So on second and short, Mr choke artist Alex SMith starts throwing high risk throws and leaving Seattle great field position and two time outs.
The good news is that Singletary will be fired and we can get one of the big name coaches next year.
