Numerous options for the Ravens to franchise
This is a Sporting News article from Mike Florio of PFT fame/infamy. He throws out the idea that the Ravens could use the franhcise tag on 4-year safety Jim Leonhard. Throw in Lewis, Suggs and Scott and the Ravens have some big-time decisions to make in the coming month. With our luck, Suggs will get the tag.

Franchise Tags
Originally I stated that Haynesworth and Suggs couldn’t be franchised this year because they had stipulations stating this when signing their franchise tenders last year. Well, turns out I was only partially correct. Haynesworth had this built into his contract based on him reaching certain incentives, but Suggs did not(although apparently he tried to as well).
