Originally I stated that Haynesworth and Suggs couldn’t be franchised this year because they had stipulations stating this when signing their franchise tenders last year. Well, turns out I was only partially correct. Haynesworth had this built into his contract based on him reaching certain incentives, but Suggs did not(although apparently he tried to as well).
