I think you can see two things going on in this interview.

1) You can see Singletary continue to struggle with modern day media intervew skills. He’s obviously not comfortable giving circular answers, because he’s pretty much lived his life being a straight man. But he understands that he has to be circular because he’s the guy in the spotlight now and if he’ll get skewered if he doesn’t try to learn to modern interview process. It’s uncomfortable sometimes. It’s very uncomfortable other times. The rest of the time, it’s pretty okay.

2) You can see Ralph Baribieri acting like a jerk. He thinks people still care about the Warner thing simply because he doesn’t understand a situation that couldn’t be more clear. But really, Barbieri being a jerk isn’t a surprise. It’s just too bad that Singletary has to deal with it.
