While there are plenty of tidbits to discuss, it shouldn't be too shocking that the QB competition is the story that many folks want to discuss. QB is the glamor position so it makes sense, even if it can get beaten into the ground. Mixed in with the QB stories are the wisdom of Samurai Mike.

QB competition?
I honestly think the job is Hills. I hope so anyway, he was really moving that offence at the end of the season. The guy remindes me of a right handed Steve Young.
I belive the “competition” is Sings way of saying nothing is free on that team. At the same time it gives reps to a rusty Alex Smith, keeps him happy and guarentees a decent, veteran back-up.
