QB competition?

I honestly think the job is Hills. I hope so anyway, he was really moving that offence at the end of the season. The guy remindes me of a right handed Steve Young.

I belive the “competition” is Sings way of saying nothing is free on that team. At the same time it gives reps to a rusty Alex Smith, keeps him happy and guarentees a decent, veteran back-up.
