To keep it short, Bamm Bamm has been training with Randy Couture of UFC fame in Mixed Martial Arts combat in an effort to improve his football skills, according to Jay Glazer of Fox Sports. Willis lost no weight (entered and exited the program at 238 lbs), but apparently "lost two belt notches in his midsection". The man was already a killer, now he spent a month training to kill people? Now we need a sick MMA moniker for him, such as Patrick "The Harbinger of Death" Willis...?
