I'll be emailing everybody about their respective leagues tonight. In the meantime, we could use at least one more person. If we get one more person I'd set up 3 leagues with 16 teams in each league. However, the more the merrier and I'll divide things up accordingly as more people are added. So leave a comment ASAP so we can get this finalized. We've reached four 14-team leagues. If more people want to take part, I'd be happy to set up another league so feel free to leave a comment and we'll see what we can do.

My apologies for the delay in getting this going. But after some delay, we're going to be heading back to Fleaflicker for another year of fantasy football. The financial arrangements are not as high as last year meaning fewer prizes to go around. We'll have $100 in prize money. We had four leagues last year and I'd hope we have that many, if not more. I'm leaning towards basically having two leagues having a $50 prize for first place. Any additional leagues at this point would be prize-less, but that may change. Maybe we could provide an opportunity for a front page post or something. More to come on that.
We're going to have as many leagues as we have interest in. The plan is for 12-team leagues with fairly basic fantasy rules. If we have significant interest, we could also go big time and have monstrous 20+ team leagues. Of course for those who like fantasy football but are not super passionate about it, they might be dissuade from taking part in a big league like that. Any thoughts on that?
If you're interested in taking part in this, please post a quick comment. In addition to any interest in joining please make a quick note in your comment if you won one of our 4 leagues from last year.
If you won one of the 4 leagues last year you'll be automatically included in one of the prize-winning leagues. The remaining spots will be filled at random (som sort of blind draw). Also, I won't be eligible for the prize leagues so everything is on the up and up.

so i chose to reply mwaha.. anyways i didnt play niners nation fantasy but i did play the last 3 years and took 1st, 1st, and 3rd, respectively.

But as benevolent despot of this little corner of the Internet I’m the one who got the email letting us know we’re in for the fantasy league. But I can certainly do a little delegating.

Sometime later this month (ok, that’s probably an obvious answer). I’m going to try and start getting the leagues set up tonight so we can start filling them up and get people discussing draft dates. Once I figure out who will be in a given league I’ll email everybody in that league to join and get the discussion going on a mutually acceptable draft date.
