Just a thought on "Diva" Wide Recievers
Yes, this does relate to Crabtree, because whenever i read the comments at the end of an article about him, people always comment saying things like, "just another t.o. or ochosinco, bmarsh,or moss." If i'm not mistaken those 4 guys are absolute beasts at their position. I'm one of few people on this site that like t.o., and all 4 of those guys. Actually, all of them including andre johnson are my favorite recievers. Well when people say things like he'll turn into a "t.o", heck i'm fine with that. Terrell Owens makes plays, scores touchdowns, dedicated, makes the extra effort, and blocks well. So it puts a smile on my face when people say things like that. Sure they have attitude problems, but they back up their smack talk on the field, ochosinco is on the verge of a breakout year, moss of course already had that, and bmarsh just needs a solid qb and some motivation to keep his stats from last year to go up. Most of these guys that have attitude problems, are beasts, think about it. Allen Iverson, Rasheed Wallace, Terrell Owens, Chad Ochocinco, Dany Heateley,
etc. If Crabtree will be another T.O., i'm down because as long as he makes plays, i really don't care what he does in the locker room, because that's the coaches job, to calm things down, and i doubt he would really ever punch a teammate or do anything wrong. Just a thought

One big difference
I think only Moss was considered a “diva” upon entering the league (but really he just had extra baggage out of college), the rest actually produced a lot on the field before elevation to their Divaness.
Do you really want another TO? I mean he’s a great WR but I think his ego is probably 10 times bigger than Crabtree’s. Even the Cowboys, who people look at as a SB contender this season, cut TO despite his 3 highly successful years with them; who wouldn’t want an all-pro receiver who can still put up huge numbers to help them win. Ditto Eagles who basically got to the SB because of TO.
Sometimes the off-field shenanigans is just not worth the on-field productions…
Win the inning.

try this though.....
Of those “great” recievers that you have just named….How many have won superbowls?….take your time…I’ll wait. And just for the record Moss does not have a diva rep…..he just got in trouble with the law(1 time) and did some frowned upon things(pretending to moon greenbay fans lol), it was never a “get me the ball” type thing. Now i get where you are coming from when you say that its okay as long as they put up good numbers but winning in the regular season doesn’t mean anything if you can’t win the 1 that matters, just ask the eagles lol

Moss is a diva in my book. They guy decided to take two years off playing with the Raiders because he didn’t like running across the baseball infield. His pouting antics also got him clicked out of Minnesota. Outside the Joe Buck mooning incident he was infamous for leaving the field early while with the Vikings.

If Crabtree is a diva...
….I could live with that. unfortunately, I think he is something worse than that.
I think he’s an idiot.
You can’t fix stupid.

The term Diva being applied to WR's is BS
So what if you want to celebrate with river dances and sharpies, it was entertaining until the cell phone came out. TO is not a Diva, he’s just ignorant. Ocho Cinco is a beast, Marshall could be but he isnt very bright either. Nothing wrong with being flashy!!

I've always believed...
… that the two positions that should be flashy are WR and CB. Coincidentally, they’re battling each other day in and day out.

What are the Chances that Detroit drafts Crabtree next year.
Does He sits out again or will they trade him to Dallas for Roy Williams ?
