Looking for Ways to Cheer Us Up - Ah Ha Ha Ha ... Seattle
Gotta admit. Seattle's doing their best to cheer us up right now. They lost AND these uniforms are pretty funny.
Who wants to bet they glow in the dark?
No wonder Jay Cutler and Chicago had a rough start to the game. They couldn't actually see anything. It took their eyes a full two quarters to adjust.
Wide receiver Earl Bennett #80 of the Chicago Bears rushes against Kelly Jennings #21 of the Seattle Seahawks on September 27, 2009 at Qwest Field in Seattle, Washington. Of course Bennett can't see anything right now. He's looking blindly straight ahead because a bright neon green flash is searing it's way through his skull.
Thankfully the radioactive uniforms started to slow the Seahawks as the game progressed.

Had they won
We’d certainly see those again. Hope they learned their lesson. Those uniforms were awful.
You gotta bring ass to get ass.
that is pretty funny
"We’ll see them again in the playoffs." - Mike Singletary, right after the Week 3 Minnesota game
Those have got to be the worst uniforms I have EVER seen
For any sport.
They would have looked cooler in ice skating clothing.
What we've got here is a failure to communicate.
Then again
Did you get a peek at the Jets throw up back unis?
The future ain't what it used to be. Go Niners!
Looks like a Rams practice squad uni

Ah, Jericho Cotchery
The guy that won me my fantasy football matchup yesterday.
He’s going to carry my team this year.

Seriously
What an awful day to be Seahawk fan. There team is already crumbling for the 2nd straight season because of injuries and the front office has to unleash this monstrosity against the fan base.
There was one time as a 49ers fan I wanted to put a paper bag over my head. 2007 season when Alex Smith had crossed the bust threshold, Nolan was starting to act loony and the 49ers were in tailspin that showed the team had made zero progress in 3 years of rebuilding. To top it off, the proud red and gold franchise known for it’s legendary, regal QB’s marches a past-his-prime Trent Dilfer onto the field to toss 4-5 horrible interceptions in a couple of absolute {site decorum} kickings. The lights were never dimmer and I was never more embarrassed as 49ers fan. I imagine that is what some Seahawk fan felt today.
Awful uniforms?
I actually thought those uniforms were pretty tough. If you look at where they are geographically and the MLS team has jerseys like that. I thought they pulled off the lime green pretty well. If they weren’t in our division, I might get some customs kicks to rock with the jersey……back to realitym wearing a seahawks jersey is blasphemy!
They were def better then the JETS throwbacks and the TENN oldschool oilers.
You’re either into unique different stuff, or you’r the type to never come out of your box and you wear black and white…lmao
you are the exact opposite of everything that UniWatch stands for
and I agree with UniWatch.

• Oh, right — this. Frankly, I don’t have a lot to say about it, other than the obvious: It’s a very poor piece of design, and it takes the Seahawks’ inexplicable fascination with that neon-snot tone (which I have never liked — not on the pants, not on the logo eyeball, not on the gloves) to its logical conclusion. In other words, they’ve taken the worst element in a bad identity package and blown it up to its full potential. Congrats!
When Phil, Michael Princip, and I first proposed this design as an April Fool’s joke last spring, it was just a fun prank. We didn’t realize a bunch of idiots in the Seattle front office would take it as some sort of frat-boy dare. This would be flattering if it weren’t so depressing.
Anyway, now that we know the power of a Uni Watch April Fool’s rumor, next year I’ll be sure to propose something more useful, like the Mets ditching the black, or universal single-payer health care, or Guy Fieri developing laryngitis. Promise.

lol I remember making a fanshot
about the Uni Watch post saying that the Hawks might wear those uniforms, then feeling like a fool the next day when i checked back and saw the whole April Fool’s thing.
It was Johnny Hopkins, and Sloan Kettering, and they were blazin that s*** up everyday.
