Bowl Games Gameday Thread (Part 1): January 1st, 2010
Happy New Year to everyone at Niners Nation. What better way to start off the new year than five more bowl games?
The Outback Bowl is the first to kick off today and will feature The Auburn Tigers and Northwestern Wildcats. The Tigers finished their season (7-5, 3-5) which placed them 4th in the SEC - West Division while the Wildcats finished with a (8-4, 5-3) record placing them 4th in the Big Ten. Below we will take a look at some of the key players of the game and their stats.

auburn fumbled on the kickoff little over a minute left. holy crap
43 YARD FG to win it.
no good. overtime here we come
this game is unbelievable
roughing the kicker on a fg try to extend the game on auburn. but now nw doesn’t have a kicker. he’s hurt and there’s a freshman kicker available
