Bowl Games Gameday Thread (Part 1): January 2nd, 2009
This morning will kick off the first of five more bowl games. The International Bowl will feature The (7-5, 3-5) South Florida Bulls and The (7-5, 5-3) Northern Illinois Huskies. The Bulls finished 6th in the Big east while the Huskies finished 2nd in the MAC - West. Both teams like to run the ball so I can't see a lot of points going up, although it is college football and anything can happen. Below the jump, we will take a look at both teams and their players.

Seeing the words Florida and International made me think..
About that CB Gaitor from Florida International. What do you think the chances he goes UDFA?

Hmm really?
I remember looking him up and seeing some stuff I really liked about him. But now I can’t remember what it was. Man getting old sucks LOL. I liked the look of the USF players, they looked good at least in the second half.

Daniels
played well and USF looked good in this game. Interesting that both of their DE’s are good NFL prospects. Says something about the D-Line coach I guess.
"Vernon is going to be a great tight end one day, but he's got to put the whole package together." - Thanks Sing for echoing this.
Drew you forgot
Pierre-Paul
Some have him proj. higher than Selvie (No 4 DE did I see??)
