Alex Smith the BBC guest for Super Bowl

No 11 will be the studio pundit for BBC1's Super Bowl live coverage. He'll be breaking down the game for the UK audience while also helping build the anticipation for the October game at Wembley. The Niners cheerleaders will be over here too ;)

How ca he be an analyst and he can barely play his position. Will he say someone is just off and realize he isn’t that accurate?

Same way Trent Dilfer is an analyst and Matt Millen is one

You can know a great deal about your sport and your position without being a good player. It’s the same way we all sit here and critique players even though none of us have ever taken a snap in the NFL and most of us have never taken a snap in college.

But how will alex ever be able to tell the audience if a WR was open or not,since he never sees the whole field. Maybe from the announcers booth he can see the whole field ,without anyone chasing him.
Like I said,maybe he has found his calling,where he can finally do a good job?

Here in London, we just love the Quarterbacks.l heard this news about a fortnight ago from personal reliable sources,but didn’t want to holla about it,that Alex would be an analyst on BBC for The SuperBowl game. Obvious with BREES Vs. MANNING – It is definitely befitting to get a QB Analyst.This is the time when the whole world watches and pays attention to AMERICAN FOOTBALL. I know there are fellow 49ers fans who are Alex-Bashers,and believe that the only reason he can qualify to be on the 49ers team is as a ‘Waterboy’ (jokes).l guess thats the 49ers spirit we really LOVE our QB Position,and we’ll argue and discuss it from the rising of the sun to the going down of the sun!!! Even when MONTANA & YOUNG played together it was an issue (i’m sure the old timers can remember that- or the trusted 49ers guru MAIOCCO can give us more info on this) .

Anyway -we’ll (FAITHFUL-UK) try and give the 49ers the BEST SUPPORT that we can & boost them up for a resounding victory.No more Kurt Warner,means we are back on TOP BABY -NFC WEST DIVISION WINNERS !!! hee -hah !!!!

P.S. – WAR CRYS/FIGHT SONGS FOR THE 49ERS WHAT ARE THEY !!!! WE NEED TO LEARN FOR WEMBLEY.
