Bills owner assesses winless team woes: ‘It’s bad’

Nation,

Again I see that most of you are dwelling on Alex Smith, Coach Dingleberry, and Gore this week. And granted, each one of them made critical mistakes for the 5th straight week, so I understand the anger completely. This is a joke, a soap opera on the football field. I've never been so disgusted. But instead of focusing on our poorly coached, charity case of a football team, I'd like to look at the bigger picture yet again: THE YORKS.

When I read the link below on Yahoo it makes me cringe. For this is EXACTLY what Jed York should be doing. Apologizing. Addressing the fans. Addressing the future of the team and promising that the ship will be turned around. So pleas take a look at the link below and give me your take.

Now tell me:

Why didn't Jed York issue an apology to the 49er fan base today?

Why didn't we get some insight from Jed York today on what the top priority will be in the offseason?

Why is it so simple for Ralph Wilson to make the blatantly obvious conclusion that the franchise needs a QB? Yet we still are sticking with Alex Smith?

Why do I really respect Ralph Wilson for that statement and owning the responsibility of a piss poor football team?

Why don't we as 49er fans demand this from the Yorks? They do in NY. They do in Philly. They do in Dallas. They do in DC. They do in Baltimore.

Why do you support the Yorks?

Here is a hint: Stop doing it. It's not that hard. Do not spend another dollar on the 49ers. It does not mean that you're not a fan. It does not mean that you're not going to "ride or die" as 'rlott' so gracefully put it. It means that your an educated adult consumer-who is not a fool. You want an actual return on your investment right??? Watch the games on TV, throw on the old 'TO' jersey, tailgate in the back yard, whatever. But for God sake: stop feeding the Yorks!
