I don't fanpost so I don't know all the rules so please excuse any mistakes/ignorance on my part.  I son't like the move based on the small window of time he has had.  I think every headcoach should have at least three years to establish their team and get their draft picks matured.  Notice most of the successful teams do not jump from coach to coach.  Oh well, go 49ers.
