3 Potential Head Coaches For Next Year

At an abysmal 0-5 so far. I believe that th head coaching job for Mike Singletary is in distress. I dont care what the Yorks have said as far as his job being secure. That is the smart thing to do as far as keeping the continuity for the year, but I believe that we need to hire a HC with experiece. I like Singletary because he can help the team stay motivated and fire them up for the game, but outside of that he doesn't offer anything else outside of that. So join me after the jump so that we can see the available head coaches that have not been offered a job at all.

1. Bill Cowher

Ok, yes he is a Defensive minded coach, but he has a great track record as far as his HC career goes. He has made the Steelers defense and Elite and Model defense. He also lets his Offensive Coach do what he has to do to manage the offense and win games. I would like him as our potential HC. Here is his stats as a HC.

2. Steve Mariucci

Yes I know that he has already coached for us, but those were some good years that he coached. He is a great offensive coaching guru. He can help bring us back to the mountain top or at least help us win again. We should have never let him go. I dont know how he hasnt been hired as a head coach. I know his last years HC with the Lions weren't great, but neither were the lions. So I say lets have another go with the Mooch. Here are his stats as a HC.

3. Jon Gruden

Ok now I know that a few of you wont like this one, but he is a very aggressive and fiery HC that can get the job done and shape a team into winning form. This is another HC that surprises me when I see that he hasn't been signed to a team. I believe that if we hire him he can whip this young team into shape and get us winning form. When he got the Raiders they weren't good for a while and he turned them into SB cotenders. Not to mention that he won a SB with the Bucaneers by DEMOLISHING his old team, the Raiders. Yea he might have wont he SB with Tony Dungy's Bucaneers, but none the less he won it his first year with the team. Here are his stats as a HC.

So after all this I believe that these 3 can be our potential HC's. I like these 3 and either one of them would be a great fit in our team. Like I've said, I like Singletary only as a motivator, but not a HC. I am very thankful for his time as our HC. He just needs more experience coaching and then he could possibly be a great HC. As far as now/end of the season is concerned, we need to have a HC with experience and these 3 can help us there.
