Marshawn Lynch to Seattle
The rumor was that he was going to Philadelphia and while I'm glad he isn't for next weeks game, I'm not too thrilled to see him end up in Seattle.
Seattle doesn't have much of a running game and this will help them protect Hassleback and allow him to more effectively use play-action. That'll make them a more legitimate team in West and the Niners job harder when it comes to taking the NFC West.

Lynch is a good back...
Luckily, our run D is pretty good too. He probably doesn’t change things all that much for Seattle, except make them more consistant overall. Not a bad grab for them.

Good for Seattle
As much as I despise Carroll, I commend his tactics of taking on players whose skillsets he’s very familiar with. Seattle is already a contending team in the division and will utilize Marshawn wisely. He gives them a power game they have been lacking since Shaun Alexander was last with them. Tedford has a knack for recruiting quality runningbacks.
Coach Boone: And who's team is this, Gary? Is this your team? Or is this your daddy's team?
Bertier: Yours.
Coach Boone: Now get on the bus. Put on your jacket first and then get on the bus.
Right now I don't think it makes much sense to worry about what other players other teams pick up.
our first priority needs to be getting our own house in order.
It's not "our" job to do anything. We are not in the Forty Niners organization.
I’m sure the Forty Niners are not worried about it. They will worry about it, though, when they play seattle.
