How many punts did Ginn drop?? Also if I’m correct it looked like the ball bounced into one of our players one time when the punt was near the right sideline and Ginn did a really smart thing and dived onto it pushing it out of bounce.
If Ginn would’ve never got injured I think we would’ve beat the Saints because that was the game Phillip Adams dropped the ball near the left sideline. Ginn would’nt have.
Notice it was
Adams who was fielding punts. Williams wasn’t because he wasn’t healthy at the time.
How many times on Sunday did Ginn not even make an attempt at a catch on the punt and instead the 49ers were stuck with bad field position. It was like Ginn was too scared to go up and catch the football.
And how much room did the blockers give him to let him make something happen? There was someone in his face every time.

Was a bad example of Ginns skills. There weren’t many opportunities to return anything that game. He’s actually a great return man and his stats back it up. The other 9ers return men are garbage.

he’s been on the 53 man roster for several years now.
probably need to sign a kicker

As much as I liked Hill, we really need that roster spot for another position right now
