The 49ers offense has shown some signs of life in the third quarter but the drive result didn't change as they ended up fumbling the ball. The 49ers were in range for a 51 or 52 yard field goal but apparently Shane Andrus doesn't have enough trust from the coaches. I'd imagine Nedney would have had a chance at the field goal, but that's life I suppose. The 49ers need to get something figured out if they're going to win this thing.
