Bill Cower / J.Gruden as the new head coach?   trade  a second round pick for kolb / mcnabb / or even carson palmer ....draft  A.Luck or the best corner  in the first round of the draft. .... Pick up Vincent  Jackson / Santonio Holmes in free agency  , and try to get crowmartie from the jets or Litto Sheppard....please comment and leave your thoughts ...
