Golden Nuggets: Guess There's No Choice

Good morning folks. We're right in the middle of a general manager search that may or may not contain an actual search for a GM, and a head coach search which may or may not already be a sealed deal when it all comes down to it. Either way, after the jump, I've linked to all pertinent news we've had at Niners Nation regarding the head coach/GM search, with the most latest up top for your reading pleasure. So go ahead and click through those and make sure you have all of the information on our candidates. That's about all I can say on that front, let's just get to your links.  Not an awful lot today, and I'm in a big hurry so I'm just going to touch up on them. Enjoy your linkage, folks.

Lombardi interviewed for the general manager position, but he believes that Trent Baalke is the favorite and will be hired, apparently. Really strikes me as odd. (CSNBayArea.com)

Patrick Willis is out for the final game, his playing streak broken since his very first game. Which sucks, but I don't want him hut any worse. (SacBee.com)
