Golden Nuggets: Game Day

Our man Ninjames is out of commission for today's Nuggets so I'm getting us ready for today's game. The 49ers square off with Green Bay and while it's not a must-win game, it sure would be nice to take this one. The 49ers can win the division at 7-9, but why not just win today and make life a lot easier? I suppose that might just be crazy talk, but maybe the 49ers can take care of business.

In an unrelated note, I was at a Christmas party with some friends and left and got home around 12:30. I wrote up these Nuggets before heading to bed and scheduled them for their normal 3am start time. However, as I was doing them I was flipping around on my TV to see what's on. Over on VH1 I flipped over just in time for the final 20 or so minutes of Top Gun. I'm sorry but the first 20 minutes and the last 20 minutes are just spectacular. The movie will be 25 years old in 2011, but it's still a great movie. Anytime it's on TV I can't help but watch. I know this has nothing to do with the 49ers, but I am just curious how many other people feel this way. Anyway, on to the links.
