So it looks like the first NinersNation community prop bet has settled in nicely at a line of 2.5, and it's time to move on to number two. Let's review:
Prop 1: Number of Egregious Broadcaster Mistakes: 2.5
Prop 2: Number of Times that Jim Caldwell's Colts' Sacrificed Bid for a Perfect Season is Mentioned (suggested 1.5)
Prop 3: Number of Times that Brett Favre Gets Mentioned (suggested 2.5)
Prop 4: Number of Time "Who Dat" is Mentioned During the Actual Game (suggested 4.5)
Prop 5: Number of Times Jim Caldwell is Shown on Camera Displaying Actual Human Emotions (suggested 1.5)
So at the end of the post I'll set up the poll to determine the under/over on the number of times the Colt's failed bid for a perfect season is mentioned, and we'll go from there.
In the meantime, I think it's nice to have a point of discussion in these threads outside of the poll. When you're done voting, let's turn our attention to the most exciting seasons you remember watching. I think that with the Colts going undefeated for so many weeks this year, many football fans were treated to one of the most interesting and exciting seasons of their lifetimes. Other football fans have been alive for more than 12 years, but the point still stands.
With that in mind, the discussion starter today is two-tiered, like a cake that isn't particularly tall.
- What were the three 49ers seasons that were the most exciting for you to watch as a fan?
- What are the three seasons for non-49ers teams that stick out to you as having been the most exciting for you to watch as a fan?
