Football Outsiders and QB "Adjusted Comeback Efficiency"
Another interesting and insightful piece of work done by the good people over at FO provides a good look at how QBs perform in the clutch well beyond the simple W-L record.
The name at the top of this list may surprise you, while the name at the very bottom (.../facepalm) may not. Regardless of how you feel about FO's stats, it's worth a read.

I like Football Outsiders
I think that what they’re trying to do with everything is great stuff and I like this new stat. I also like the acronym (ACE).
Yes Drew K, Tim Tebow will probably get picked in the first round.
Bill James has a lot to answer for
Not everything can be quantified, statistically defined, factored in, and scored.
I saw this article at another blog today and wrote a piece on it, but I don’t want to repeat (or worse, copy-paste myself), so I’ll just sum it up.
There are way too many things that make a situation more or less difficult, that do in fact affect the way a QB and a team perform on a given drive, that it makes no sense to try to measure the whole concept.
Lots of people swear by QB ratings, but a lot less know how they’re actually calculated. And a ton fewer can explain why it’s calculated that way.
Both those and ACE are “witchcraft ratings” – no reasonable explanation of how you end up with them. Which means zey don’t mean zippola.
