First, the premises:

1.  This is one of the deepest drafts in recent years.

2.  We have multiple needs.

3.  The Chargers are obviously looking for a feature running back -- they have released LT and are letting Sproles go to UFA,

Now, the proposal to the Chargers:

If Spiller is available at #13, we will draft him and immediately trade him to you for your picks in the first, second, third and fourth rounds.

Those Charger picks (28, 60, 91, 123) would be worth 1145 points and pick #13 is worth 1150.  (They have already traded away their fifth round pick.)

As a result, we would have the following picks:

Round 1 -- Picks 17, 28

Round 2 -- Picks 49, 60

Round 3 -- Picks 79, 91

Round 4 -- Picks 110, 123

Round 5 -- Pick 141

Round 6 -- Pick 172

Round 7 -- Pick 210

Or, we would have 6 of the top 91, or 9 or the top 141 picks.
