As is to be expected, most of today's links are related to the announcement that Jerry Rice has been voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on the first ballot. It's certainly not surprising, but still a great achievement for the greatest wide receiver of all time.
The Super Bowl will of course be going down later this afternoon. I'll discuss this further as the day goes along, but SB Nation is trying something new. Over at the mothership there will be a game thread for the game. SBN wants to see how many people they can get together to discuss the game. We're talking about the readers from 30 SBN Football sites (the Colts and Saints sites will obviously have their own game threads), so it could make for a great PR effort if we get a whole ton of folks discussing the game. More to come on that.

depends on how the draft plays out untill our picks. I DO NOT want to leave the first round without a tackle. If they think they can get who they want with the second pick, I wouldn’t mind going for best available at 13. Spiller or a safety please, at least someone that can return a kick or a punt, unless they believe they can get that need in a later round

The message is saying 2011. Considering the GM and Coach don’t have until 2011 it doesn’t appear to be a likely pick.
