Equation= 1,2,2,3,3 is a lot better than 1,1,2,3 in a deep draft, especially when your 1 nets you E berry.
Alex Smith is not a bust, he is a product of poor management and coaching.

Don't trust this guy. He lies.
That would be perfect for the Niners
But rarely do drafts go down like you want them to. Some dumb team picks a player they dont need but must have (al la Al Davis) and screws the whole draft board up.Spiller is a fantastic talent an at 13 would be a steal. He isn’t a secret anymore however and there are rumors the Browns want him at 7. Too high in my opinion, but the possibility is there. And how much better of a Lineman can we get at 13 then at 17? If it’s the same quality or same guy then Spiller would be great. BUT the main focus of the draft HAS to be offensive lineman. Whoever the Niners draft needs to be ready to play on the O-Line because our O-Line is a sieve. All the weapons in the world wont help if your QB is staring at the sky! Lets hope the draft goes down like this mock and the Niners get the best of both worlds!

I Would Not
be happy with the picks of Trent Williams and Chad Jones; both would be major reaches and wouldn’t exactly fit what we are trying to build; we already have a Chad Jones type player in Dashon Goldson, this in terms of coverage and hitting ability. Trent Williams has “bust” written all over him, that is not a risk i am willing to take. Would rather go after a tackle in the 2nd or 3rd, especially if he remains the only option at 17.

Good first round
Joe Haden might fall and if he does then he would have to be taken over Spiller. And this is coming from the biggest Spiller fan. Must find starting right tackle in the first 2 rounds though.
