I've thrown some highlight reels on here as well. I think with this draft we would be upgraded in so many spots and our offense becomes an instant terror. Just looking at this and hoping, if we got this I'd probably run from Washington to San Francisco to shake Baalke's hand on a job well done.
1A) C.J. Spiller, RB/KR, Clemson
After reviewing the tapes and watching the speed/moves this kid has, Baalke realizes it would be stupid not picking him here. The cuts this kid makes are so quick that he is gone in an instant. Just stupid. This is the change in pace back we need to bring the one two scare to people.
1B) Mike Iaputi, OG, Idaho
I know this is a reach but picking the hands down, best OG in this draft seems like a pretty big OL boost. Especially with Chilo Rachad being, well, himself. This guy will pick up real fast in the NFL and be an instant upgrade and bring a great hope for future seasons as well.
2) Morgan Burnett, SS, Georgia Tech
Sadly I know at our spot here we will probably go with someone like Chad Jones, and if we do I'm gonna give my TV a quick love tap, with a roundhouse kick. This is the Safety we need. If Berry doesn't fall to us, THIS IS OUR BEST OPTION IN THIS DRAFT!
3) Jordan Shipley, WR/KR, Texas
This kid is going to be our Wes Welker. Good speed, a return man as well, and great hands. This is the steal of the draft for us, assuming Berry doesn't fall to 13. I could sit here and talk about how much this kid impresses me, but just look at the highlights. He's breaking ankles and making plays. Crabtree and Shipley, 2011. Scary.
4) Kyle Calloway, RT, Iowa
He is one of the best options for a true RT out of the draft. He’s use to playing there so why not keep him there and upgrade us at RT.
Kyle Calloway Highlights/Lowlights
5) Lindsey Witten, DE, Connecticut
This kid is a beast, yet he's gotten no publicity which makes me think we might be able to swoop in and steal this gem right from under some peoples noses. He's listed as a 4-3DE but we can always put work into it and see if we can transfer him into a 3-4DE.
Lindsey Witten Most Underrated DE
6A) Joshua Moore, CB, Kansas St.
Adding another young CB here adds more depth and more youth. This kid had a pretty monstrous 2008 and a decent 2009. Makes me think that he would make an exceptional CB in the NFL. In 2 years he recorded 145 Tackles and 5 Interceptions. Not too shabby.
6B) Freddie Barnes, WR, Bowling Green
I know a lot of people have man crushes on this guy, and hey, this late into the draft why not get excited for a guy this talented. His highlights video makes him look very talented but he would definitely need some work before being a starter.
7) Jammie Kirlew, 3-4OLB, Indiana
Yet another steal in our draft. The highlights speak for themselves. This guy bust through the OL with such speed and force. Makes me think that if sat, and trained for one season he could come out as a starter next season, easily.
For an offense look:
QB: Smith or Carr
RB: Gore/Spiller
WR: Crabtree, Shipley, Morgan and Barnes
TE: Davis and Walker
OL: Staley, Iupati, Heitmann, Baas, Calloway
