So I know that free agency/available player lists for each team are already being completed by a fine fellow at Niners Nation, but I just read an article about the Redskins recently cutting a ton of veteran players, and one in particular had me thinking....

He might be getting up there in age, but I think the Niners should consider possibly adding Antwaan Randle El to their roster.  He would provide veteran leadership to their young receivers AND he could be very useful in the ever so dreadful punt return aspect of the team.  Last year, Randle El had quite a good year returning punts (definitely in comparison to what the Niners were putting out there), averaging 6 yards per return.  He also has a career average of 8.4 yards per punt return.  So what do you think?  If the price is right, should the Niners go for it?
