"Early Saturday morning police from South Bend, Indiana discovered a party that ultimately sent 44 people to the St. Joseph County Jail. The NBC affiliate, WNDU, reports that eight Notre Dame football players were included in the arrests.
According to reports among those who were arrested include Notre Dame back-up quarterback Nate Montana, the son of legendary NFL and Notre Dame quarterback Joe Montana. Other players arrested at the same party include Lorenzo Wood, a corner back and incoming freshman; Chris Watt, a sophomore offensive guard; Roby Toma, an incoming freshman wide receiver; Nick Tausch, a sophomore kicker; T.J. Jones, an incoming freshman wide receiver; Steve Filer, a junior outside linebacker; and Tate Nichols, an incoming freshman."
