He's found another player he can convince is worth more than his slotted position.  Parker is part of the 2-man agent team with Roosevelt Barnes representing young super-stud Ndamukong Suh.  When deals for both Sam Bradford and Gerald McCoy were wrapped up it seemed like it would only be hours before Suh put pen to paper and joined the Lions.  Rumblings from the Lions camp suggested that a deal was close.  BUT NOT SO FAST...

SBnation site PrideOfDetroit is reporting that in reply to an e-mail sent to Roosevelt Barnes asking if Suh and the Lions are close to a deal the answer was a simple

No.

In addition, apparently Lions president Tom Lewand who is handling the negotiations hasn't spoken to Suh in 2 weeks.  (Sound familiar?)  This is just the beginning of camp and Suh has said he doesn't want to miss any but with Parker and Barnes who knows. 

Another rumor floating around is that Parker is once again looking to break the slotting system and is trying to get more money for Suh than Bradford since he was the best player in the nation and he happened to fall to 2 from circumstance.

Can somebody plz slash Eugene Parker's tires?  I'm no Lions fan, (except for the immortal Barry), but the NFL and perhaps the world in general would be better off with fewer douchebags like that guy.  Sadly for Lions fans apparently Suh is not buddies with Super agent/hero MC Hammer the man that finally got Crabtrees deal done.
