Balmer did not attend the 49ers' morning or afternoon practices on Monday. One source told CSN Bay Area in the early afternoon that Balmer had not yet arrived at the team's practice facility. Another source said later in the day Balmer was at the team's offices. Matt Maiocco has the latest.
