49ers Frank Gore To Appear on First Take on ESPN2 at 8am

MM tweeted that Frank Gore will be appearing on ESPN2's First Take at 8am pacific time. I don't know if that means 8am pacific and 8am eastern, or whether it's 8am pacific/11am Eastern. I've never watched First Take before so I don't know how it works on the East Coast. However, I've set my DVR to record it since I have no intention of actually being awake at 8am.

In the meantime, if you get a chance to watch ESPN, feel free to post about it in here. The show starts at 7am pacific (15 minutes from this scheduled post time). I've heard good things about the show itself, but just never had a chance to check it out. If you watch it live, let us know what they ask of Frank and what he has to say. I'll post a recap of it later if he says anything of significance.
