Groupon Deal For Autographed Joe Montana Jersey

I don't know how many of you have used groupon.com before, but for those who haven't, you can find some amazing deals on the site (no this is not a sponsored post!). You supply an email address and they email you some new deals each day. Today, I received an email on a deal in which I'm sure most of you will have some interest. The site has a deal for an autographed Joe Montana jersey. They value the autographed jersey at $514 and are selling it for $229.

They only have a limited supply of the jersey, although I'm not sure exactly how limited. You have until midnight pacific tonight to get in on this deal. Although I had to give them my email it doesn't appear as though I'm getting overwhelmed with spam email at this point. I probably get anywhere from two to five emails from them with a different deal each day. You can list out some of your interests and they'll tweak the deals to suit what you actually might want to purchase.

If you decide to purchase this jersey, try and get a picture of it and either post it or email it to me and I'll post it.

My question would be if it’s an “official” NFL jersey though. I can’t see paying $229 for a cheap knock off even with the signature.

I kind of agree...

may be a great deal, but then you have to get the frame, and the correct glass… all of a suddent it is back to a $500 investment…

THE JERSEY THAT IS IN THE PICTURE LOOKS FAKE AND THE ONE’S THEY SAY HE SIGNED WAS ON THE 1 AND NOT THE 6. I HAD MY JERSEY ON THE CT ANTIQUE ROAD SHOW AND THEY GAVE IT A VALUE OF 750-1K AT AN AUCTION AND THEY SAID THE WAY YOU TELL IT’S AN ORIGINAL IS THAT HE SIGNS ON THE 1 AS IT TELLS YOU HE IS THE NUMBER 1 QB. HIS AGENT CAME UP WITH IT AND HE HAS NEVER SIGNED A JERSEY AT SIT DOWNS OR JERSEY’S USED IN DRAWINGS OR SPECIAL EVENTS OR CHARITY FUNCTIONS.
